The Platform is a classifieds portal dedicated to modified vehicles, tuning, stance, track day and related categories. The Owner is not a party to negotiations or sales between users.

Registration is required to access certain features. The user is responsible for the accuracy of provided data and for keeping credentials confidential.

4. User-published content

The user is solely responsible for published content (texts, images, descriptions and information). By publishing content, the user declares to own it or be authorized to share it.

The Owner may remove content that violates laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.

The site, layout, design and content published by the Owner are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". The Owner is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, economic losses or disputes between users arising from use of the Platform.

9. Account suspension or closure

In case of violations, the Owner may suspend or close the user account, with or without prior notice.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Owner reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the site.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Unless otherwise agreed, jurisdiction is the court of the place where the Owner has its registered office.
